We expect the benefits of the research undertaken by the Cancer Vaccine Institute (CVI) to have a significant impact on providing new forms of treatment for cancer.
With adequate funding we could extend our research to cover
a broader range of cancers and increase our clinical trials so that more patients around the UK can benefit from this treatment.
We aim to expand and offer the best possible laboratory and clinical facilities and staff at St George's University of London and to fund similar research at other centres in the UK.
The CVI relies entirely on voluntary contributions to fund this pioneering research, which currently costs at least £600,000 each year.
