Give As You Earn is an excellent way to make a regular donation to Cancer Vaccine Institute (CVI), through your work. All Give As You Earn donations are tax free, so it actually costs you less to give.
Each time you are paid, a donation is deducted by your Payroll Department before tax is calculated. For instance if you pledge £5 a month, you only actually pay £3.90. The tax man will add £1.10 to make up the difference so the CVI still receives £5 each month. It costs higher rate taxpayers even less.
To give in this way you need to check with your Payroll Department that your company offers the scheme. If they do, all you need to do is complete a form that they can provide you with. If they don't, you could encourage them to join the scheme. It's very easy to set up and costs nothing.
